LM5164-Q1: Thermal Analysis using simulation tool (TINA)

Part Number: LM5164-Q1

Hi,

I would like to simulate the LM5164-Q1 with its components for thermal analysis.

I want to understand the following points as listed.

When the ambient temperature is changed from -10 deg C to 45deg C.

1) What will be the change in output of the converter?

2) Temperature rise and steady-state temperature

3) Buck converter Output change w.r.t. external components parameter variation due to temperature change

So following are my queries

1) Will the model work for such a type of analysis? Does the model have temperature-related parameters?

2) Which software is preferred for such analysis? I am trying to use TINA but am unable to understand how to do the same?

3) Is it possible to measure temperature rise and steady-state temperature for the LM5164-Q1?

Following steps, I have taken to do the same but didn't receive any results.

Schematic Specs :  Vin=48V, Vo = 12V, Io = 1A.

Observations : Vo never reaches 12V.
