Hi Team, 

Could you give me comment on following customer questions?

1. Are there any differences between ULQ2003ATPWRQ1 and ULN2003APWR in terms of specification? Is customer able to use ULQ2003ATPWRQ1 as alternative for ULN2003APWR?

2. Is ULQ2003ATPWRQ1 identical with ULN2003APWR in terms of internal structure and materials?

    Hello Kazuho,

    The difference is that ULQ2003ATPWRQ1 is automotive grade and rated to a higher temperature. There are very slight changes in the specifications such as VI(ON) and input current by 0.1V and 10mA respectively. The devices operate the same and they can use it as an alternative.
