Isolation Technology The isolated dual channel drivers are capacitively isolated, see https://www.ti.com/isolation/capacitive-isolation.html for additional information.
Viso The sinusoidal voltage that the isolator can tolerate for 60 seconds (defined in rms).
Package The dual channel gate drivers come in a variety of packages which support different minimum creepage/clearance and different isolation ratings.
Programmable Dead time Does the device have programmable dead time?
Input Type INA/INB: Fully independent output channels. PWM: Single input to control both channels.
Isolation Barrier

Reinforced means double the isolation needed to protect against electric shock and recommended for human safety.

Functional/Basic means the minimum level of isolation necessary to maintain function of the device, useful for protecting other circuitry. Basic refers to isolation that has a single level of electrical protection.

Input Supply Voltage The input side supply voltage range.
Output Supply Voltage Output side supply voltage range.
Max Working Voltage Max continuous working voltage that the isolator can withstand on a continuous basis.
Drive Strength(Source/Sink) Typical peak current the device can source and sink.
Prop delay Typical The reaction time between the input side and output side of the gate driver.
UVLO (VDD) Output side Under voltage lockout, a watchdog for the supply voltage of the gate driver; will power down outputs when voltage is below threshold.
CMTI

Max rate of change of ground potential difference that the isolator can withstand without bit errors, indicates robustness of isolator to ground noise.

Channel/Channel Spacing Minimum creepage distance across package surface between Channel A and Channel B.
Target FETs Typically our gate drivers are targeted for Si, SiC, IGBT, and GaN, Mosfets. We recommend using a gate driver with proper voltage range and UVLO based on the type of Mosfet being driven.
Automotive grade Does this device qualify for automotive applications (AEC Q-100).
ENABLE/DISABLE pin Does this device have an enable pin or disable pin?
