The datasheet provides switching energy loss graph. Is this total switching energy loss or do I need to add loss from the gate driver and Coss to this value? Besides, is the given switching energy data for two FETs or one FET?
If it is total loss, then switching loss can be calculated by = E(uJ, at Irms)*Frequency * Vin/Vtest(400V)
Coss loss will be = Integration of (Coss*V) over voltage * frequency
Gate driver loss will be = Qg*Vg*Freq
Am I right?
What is the Qg of this device?
