I want to build a constant current circuit with constant load current of 0.5A, the load impedance is varied from 10~100ohm (which means the output voltage should be adjusted from 5 to 50V). The input voltage of the power supply is 60V constant voltage. Any recommendation?

LM3475 is not recommended for your application because VIN absolute maximum rating is 16V.

You can use LM5117 (mentioned in the article) because it is rated to 65V.
