This application is server and support 12V(100A)/12VSTB(3A) as ORing implement. May we know if TPS2412 is suitable for it? Thanks a lot!

Hi Ann,

Yes, TPS2412 can be used for 12V, 100A ORing application in server designs.

Hi Ann,

Unfortunately we do not have any reference design for 100A application. The no. of Mosfets required in parallel would depend on the thermals - Rds(on), RQJA (Layout, Cooling, Heat Sink), Max Ambinent Temp..
