Hello,
I use the LM22676 to bring a voltage from 24V to 5V.
Recently, some of the LM22676 components have been giving me problems: as soon as they are connected to the 24V voltage, they burn out! Out of 100 components, this has happened to 5.
Is this phenomenon known? Has it happened to anyone else? Do you have any advice?
