Dear TI Team,
According to datasheet (SBVS153F, May 2018), TLV707 has the following temperature range:
Recommended Operating Conditions: Operating junction temperature -40…+125°C
But all electrical and typical characteristics are only valid for TJ = -40…+85°C. (Chapters 6.5 and 6.6)
Is this a typo? What is the actual allowed and specified temperature range of this LDO?
