Hi team,
customer use LM3697YFQR/NOPB in their project. And confirm that the I2C communication is ok. EN=1.8V and I2C is 1.8V.
When lighten at the first time, it is ok to lighten.
But when power-off and try to lighten again, it can't be lighten again. At this time, when I2C sent several time Initialization again. It could lighten again.
Have you met such situation? How to solve this?
