Dears,
When I boot up and check power rail found 0V8 is not output, but 1V0 is ok.
How can I check if one of silicon damage? or have other problem?
In my opinion if one of silicon damage should not occur no output, am I right?

Eric

Hi Eric,
Have you checked if there is any fault trigger through GUI?
Also, you can probe the output voltage, PWM signal and TAO signal during power on. To see if there is any fault from SPS or no PWM output from controller.
If both of them are normal and correct, output voltage must try to rise up.
Hi Derrick,
OK, as I remember have fault trigger but I am not sure what's means, I will upload figure.
So if one of them damage will impact output?
BR
Eric
Hi Eric,
Yes, either controller or SPS is damaged, it would not power on correctly.
Hi Derrick,
I upload figure from GUI, but I don't understand trigger point.

Hi Eric,
You need to click status tab then it would be easier to know which exact fault has trigger.
Otherwise, have you probed the EN,TAO, PWM, SW node signal yet?
Also, you export .xml to me then I can double check for you.
Hi Derrick,
I uploaded .xml file, please help to check.
Also I will probe EN,TAO, PWM, SW later to see any problem, dose the every SPS need to see?

Eric
Hi Eric,
I didn't see any potential issue from config. file so far.
TAO of all SPS are supposed to be tying together. But you need to check the EN and each PWM of controller and SW node of each SPS.
Also check output voltage. If SW node is working normally, output voltage is supposed to rise up.
Hi Derrick,
I check each of SPS as below:
EN:High
TAO:Low
SW node :Low
PWM:
Is the PWM waveform is correct?
BR
Eric
Hi Eric,
It's abnormal. The high level of PWM is supposed to be around 3.3V. You can compare the normal rail to observe.
Do you measure the all the signal during power-on not steady-state?
Hi Derrick,
Due to space limit, so I measure the signal on steady-state.
Should I measure during power-on?
BR
Eric
Hi Eric,
Of course, you won't know the abnormal behavior happen during power-on or after.
