LMR12015: Minimum load current

Hi All

The thread was locked, so I'll post a new one.
I have a question about LMR12015.

I would like to know the minimum load current value under the following conditions.
- VIN=15V
- VOUT=12V
- L=3.3uH

I referred to "7.3.3 High Output Voltage Considerations" in the data sheet, but it didn't meet the conditions.

Is there any reference material such as the graph of "7.3.3 High Output Voltage Considerations"?
Or, please tell me the load resistance that can be switched without fail.

Hi Shuji,

Sorry for late. For you application Vin=15Vin, Vout=12V, Inductor=3.3uH, The min load is around 15mA based on the calculation. I would recommend you add 20mA dummy load as min current due to device variation.
