TPS549A20: Mode pin configuration and pull high voltage level of PGOOD

Dear Team,

We would like to set device operation mode to FCCM and connect Mode pin to PG with pull high resistor.

Does PG pin must to connect to VREG? We want to pull PG to 2.5V or other voltage level in this application.

Hi Ben,

Yes, you can pull PG to an external source. The typical threshold for the MODE pin is 2.5V. However, pulling PG to 2.5V is not recommended (because the threshold itself can vary), but anything above 3.25V should be OK.
