There was a document about ESD of TPS2819MDBVREP.

There is the following description.

From the above, could you confirm the value related to ESD of TPS2819MDBVREP?

By the way, this specification requires Enhanced products because it requires low temperature operation.

    Hello Minami-san,

    I am unsure if I can confirm the ESD spec of this device, but I can investigate further if needed, but before I do I have a few questions.

    From our previous thread:

    1. Is there any reason for using this device (as the original non-EP device is 25 years old)?
    2. Would you consider any other, newer devices from our portfolio?  (Here is a link for our single-channel low-side drivers).  We just released a new single channel driver, the UCC27614 which may be of interest to you!
      1. If you are looking for a SOT-23 package, the UCC27537 or the UCC27511 could be a solid option as well.
