Hi,

If I am not going to use the power good pin; are there any consideration for  the layout?  Should I tie the pin to ground, leave floating, tie to ground through a resistor?

Also are there any other product families that are pin compatible with at least a 1.5Amp output which I can consider?  If so can you name them here?

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you coming to us with queries.

    PG pin is a open drain circuit so you can either tie to GND or leave it floating.

    By the way, the possible alternative parts for TLV62566 are TLV62568 (1A) or TLV62569 (2A). The DBV package is P2P with it except for the PG pin.
