I am wondering if there exists a design recommendation document for using external balancing FETs. I have requested the datasheet and it doesn't say anything about external balancing. I am curious about how to connect the CB pins when doing external balancing.

We have not done a lot of testing using external balancing FETs, but I have this diagram that shows how it can be done in theory. I hope this helps
