Hi Team, using LP2998 in my design for DDR3 Termination voltage generation For DDR3(4Gb*2), will it support current range.

we want to connect AVIN =3.3V and PVIN=VDDQ=1.5V.

    Mark,

    The LP2998 can support up to 1.5A of continuous current and up to 3A transient steps.

    The current requirement of the DDR3 memory is the determining factor in whether or not this particular device will work for your system - please consult the datasheet of the DDR memory to see what the input current requirement is.
