TPS7A20: Orderable differences

I'm looking for a SOT-23 package in this device family that has stock. What's the functional difference between the different TPS7A20xx part numbers? I'm also looking into the TPS7A02 devices. Does the same naming pattern apply to these devices?

Hello,

The 'xx' refers to the value of the nominal output voltage. For example TPS7A2028 refers to a fixed 2.8V output device. The same naming convention holds for TPS7A02 device. This is described in section 11.1.1 of the datasheets. Thanks!

Is there an error in the datasheet? From what i see the pins don't match.

Hello TJ,

I meant to say that TPS7A20 and TPS7A02 in their respective DQN packages are pin-to-pin compatible with each other. They are similarly pin-to-pin compatible in their respective DBV packages. Thanks!
