Are you referring to 1kV difference between channels A/B on the output side, or 1kV difference between the output side and input side of the driver?
Both should be fine for basic isolation.
There is functional isolation between channels A/B sustains 1.5kV.
The parameters you need to pay attention to is in Insulation Specifications section 6.6 of the datasheet
The Safety standard depends on the end equipment.... I am not sure what end equipment this is for but there is creepage requirement set by IEC60664-1 for example.
