TPS92515: Difference between TPS92515 and HV / -Q1 / HV-Q1

Hi,

Due to delivery problems, customers are considering temporarily changing TPS92515 to TPS92515-Q1, TPS92515HV, TPS92515HV-Q1.

Are these four products the same die? or Does the HV version have any special protection?

As far as I can see, the four ingredient tables were the same.

    Hello Hiroshi,

    HV parts are high voltage parts, Q1 are automotive grade (additional testing/qualification).  If you are replacing TPS92515 with any of those they should work fine, the other way around you would have to look at your design requirements.
