we are interested in the process of sending new battery to TI characterization lab for new Chemical ID creation. (We were not able to get below 8% via GPC tool and we are seeing then some strange effects).
Unfortunately I haven't found the process description anywhere.
So here are my questions:
1. How long will it take to get new chemical ID?
2. What are the costs on our side to get new chemical ID?
3. What is the address where the battery should be send to?
4. What should be send? (How many batteries, datasheet, measurements etc?)
