Hi There,

We are using BQ24296MRGER in our board for battery charging and we have observed that when we give the 3.0V from the battery the system voltage generates the 3.0V and we have observed that system voltage gives the same voltage as the battery voltage, so let us know your view for the same I am attaching our schematic image for your reference.
