Hi Team,

One of my customer is using TL431 simulation model. They would like to know whether the model (TL431x, TL432x TINA-TI Transient & AC Spice Model) has the temp effect also included or not. If it is included, can you please send steps to simulate the same.

Hi Naveen,

This model does not include temperature characterization.

One way the customer can go about simulating this and accounting for temperature is by looking at the simulated values in the context of the datasheet curves over temperature. Let me know if this makes sense.
