BQ24072T: IC not charging

The charger IC on my board has stopped charging. I have listed my observations and testing performed so far:

ILIM and ISET read 0V and there is no output current at BAT.

I have checked and tested the following

Resistor on ILIM and ISET are the correct values
- Measured between pads of resistor, and between IC pin and GND pin to confirm good connection
No shorts between pins, power and GND
nPGOOD and nCHG are low (LEDs on)
OUT is correct value when power adapter is plugged in
OUT is correct value when only the battery is plugged in

Are there any other tests I can run to determine the cause of failure

Hi,

Do you have a schematic you can share that I can take a look at? Just to confirm, it sounds like you were able to see the battery charging previously? What is the voltage on the TS pin and VBAT pin?

I am able to share the schematic but my customer has requested it not be posted to the public forum. Is there another way I can send it?

In terms of your other questions:

This is a failure that has been reported on a number of units, normally the IC will charge correctly
VBAT voltage corresponds with the batterie's voltage level
TS was reporting 0.8V

Also, nPGOOD and nCHG are both low
