Hi expert,

My customer is working on the worst case analysis for TPS62262TDRVRQ1 and need some data, could you please help to share? Thanks.

  • Minimum leakage current on EN pin 
  • Minimum and maximum of quiescent current at IN pin.

    Hi Arie,

    Min / Max spec of device is not characterized outside datasheet specification. I would suggest for worse case analysis, take max leakage spec on EN pin as suggested in datasheet and typical value for Iq. 

    Please take look on new device  like TPS62850x-Q1 that shares advance feature in similar package area for new projects.
