LM5017: LM5017SD internal structure issue

Hello,

we have some cargo of LM5017SD/NOPB,The datecode is 1310，After the sample is unsealed, the inside lead material is Au wire.but our another datecode is 1808 of LM5017SD/NOPB,the inside lead material is Cu wire.we want to konw is there have any changes during this period?Would you like to provide some files to confirm it?Thanks.

sorry for the late reply, both performance are same. we qualified Au can Cu for LM5017. AT sit may use different material for this device but they will have same performance and quality
