Hi, 

I am designing with REF2930AIDBZRG4, 3V linear regulator. I am referring to the datasheet, SBVS033C –JUNE 2002–REVISED JUNE 2016. Under section 7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions, it indicates Vmin is Vref +0.05v. Can I know where can I find the Vref value or how can I calculate this Vref? In the datasheet, SBVS033C –JUNE 2002–REVISED JUNE 2016, under section 9 Application and Implementation, I do not see any shunt or series topology implemented.

    Hi Choon 

    VREF refers to the output voltage variant which you are using. You can use min VIN = max Vout + 0.05V .

    You can refer to figure 29 (Page# 15) for typical application .

    U can put a low ESR 10uF capacitor on output as per layout guideline mentioned in section 11.2 (page 18) -
