HI,

The space between pin 5(HS) and 6(LO) is only 0.7mm, could you please tell me how to guarantee the 700V insulation between them? Thanks.

    Hello Wayne,

    Thank you for the interest in the UCC27712-Q1. This device as many other 600V half bridge drivers in the market is offered in the 8 pin SOIC package. With this package there will be a low voltage referenced pin adjacent to one of the high voltage pins of the high side driver. 

    These drivers are commonly used with input bus voltages of 400V and in many cases lower voltage input applications. In cases where the higher voltage withstand spacing is required in a harsh environment, pollution degree or humidity, the customers may used a coating on the boards and components.
