TPS53353: Enable Pin Function Block Consult

Part Number: TPS53353

Hi Team,

Customer is asking what's the meaning of below 1.2V/0.95V in below functional diagram? Does this mean enable_on range is 1.2~1.8V, disable_off range is 0.6~0.95V?

Best,

Stanley

  • Hi Stanley,

1.2V is the typical EN rising threshold, but since the TPS53353’s EN pin is not designed to provide an accurate part to part repeatable threshold, we only guarantee part to Enable when the EN pin is above 1.8V. In the same way, the typical EN falling threshold is 0.95V, but we only guarantee the part to Disable when EN pin voltage is below 0.6V.
