Hi,
Customer wants to use TPS62163DSGR as a drop-in replacement for the TPS62173DSGR. Looking through both data sheets it looks like the only difference between the two is maximum output current; can you please confirm this for me?
Is there any minimum load current requirements? Or does the power-save mode of TPS62163DSGR support no load operation?
The Step-down controller is powered with 12VDC so a 2.2uH inductor should work with the TPS62163 component, would you agree?
