REF5010: Convergence issues with simulating dual power supplies using the REF5010.

I want to use the REF5010 to generate a +-5V reference to power my INA821, I referred to "Tips and Tricks for Designing with Voltage References".

But when I simulate the circuit, he says there is a convergence problem.
Where am I doing wrong?
Is it because the current of the REF5010 is not enough to power the INA821?
