LM3409-Q1: LM3409-Q1min pulse length

application condition:

input voltage: 12V

output: 1.7~3.5V 3A

120Hz

my customer have four question as below:

1. how many is our device minimum pulse length? how to calculate it?(i know 115ns is device min pulse but we want to know min pulse in the above condition)

2. in the min pulse, how to get output current minimum current? my customer require LM3409-Q1 output current need to less than 10mA in the min pulse condition?

3. in the min pulse condition, how many output current is minimum value meanwhile output current is stable?

4. On-chip switching frequency?

    The questions you are asking has to do with system design and depending on the design you will have to test it for that application.  I would recommend them to get an evaluation board to help them with their design and testing.  As for the on chip switching frequency...This is not a internal fix frequency part.  The switching is explained in section 8.3.5 of the data sheet.
