LMR16030: LMR16030 EMI / Design issues?

Part Number: LMR16030

The designed DCDC circuit is as follows:

1. Input voltage range: 9v-36v; 13.8V (12V vehicle), 27.6v (24V vehicle);

2. Output: maximum 3A/5V;

C244, c210: solid-liquid hybrid capacitor, ESR:30m Ω @100khz; Ripple current: 1100mA@125 ℃ 100kHz;

L32: magnetic shielding power inductance; 22uh, isat:1.8a, irms:1.6a, srf:11mhz;

L37: integrated power inductor; 10uh; Isat:5.5a, irms:4.5a, srf:14mhz;

C211: solid-liquid hybrid capacitor, esr:27m Ω @100khz; Ripple current: 1450mA@125 ℃ 100kHz;

Other capacitors are MLCC and X7R;

Excuse me:

1. Is the circuit design and parameter selection reasonable? How to optimize?

Note:

A. TI EVB designs all use MLCC capacitors. We use solid-liquid hybrid capacitors with large capacity;

B. In TI Design Guide (AN-2162), EMI filter needs a damping capacitor CD). There is no damping capacitor in our design. Is there a problem?

2. Can multiple DC/DCs share one EMI filter? How to design EMI filter when multiple DC/DCs share one EMI filter?
