LMR33630: Output Efficiency

Hi Team, seeking for some inputs.

Upon power cycling, I sometimes see the output is only 2 - 2.4 Volts, the problem occurs maybe 2 out 35 power cycles. The circuit is biased for a 5V at a Fsw of 400kHz.

Can you capture the waveform at Vout only 2--2.4V cycle?

You may save or export the scope screen for better reading.

you didn't provide waveform with Vout=2.4V, The SW waveform was normal without unstable duty cyle.

Pls upload the circuit schematic and layout for review.
