EV2400: about register settings with BQ24770 using EV2400

Hello E2E,

Our customer is evaluating the BQ24700-EVM with using EV2400.
Charge_Option_2 should been set to 0x38. However, that value is set to 0x3C in Battery Management Studio(v1.3.111).
Is it a bug? Has TI any soluation or how to?

This appears to be an issue in the setup for this device in Battery Management Studio. We will release an update (planned for next week) and I will update you once that has been done.

Do you have any update?Our customer is using software is "V1.3.111". Is it latest version?

Hello ACGUY,

The new formal release will take some time. Please ask the customer to use this updated file and place manually in their installation to workaround the issue until the new release is out.

This file should be placed in "C:\ti\BatteryManagementStudio\config\"
