Hi team,
It seems to be that thermal protection is done by measuring the voltage of the TS pin.
Is it possible to adjust this voltage by resistors to make the charging always on?

The TS pin monitors the battery temperature to prevent battery damage by disabling charge outside of the recommended temperature window. It is not generally recommended but possible to enable/disable charge current by controlling the TS pin voltage. I recommend disabling charge current using the CE pin.

I would like to also confirm that this is the same with BQ24616, right?
My understanding is since BQ24616 has finer adjustments, you can set the TS voltage for desired charging voltage (V_FB) and current (I_Charge) noted in figure 13.
FYI, this is a case where the temperature is monitored externally.

The BQ24610 and BQ24616 are the same exact for TS function. 616 has JEITA charging profile, based on TS voltage, as shown below:
