Hi,

I am trying to simulate PSpice model of UCC21521 with MOSFET (NVHL027N65S3F) Hex bridge and flyback diodes(IDW80C65D1) parallel with it . We want to estimate the current through the flyback diode. The motor's coil resistance is 1.06 ohm and inductance is 2mH. Could anyone help with examples?

    Hi Sriya,

    Could you draw a block diagram of what you want to simulate? Is it some sort of 3 phase inverter? We have reference designs that you could use as an example to construct your simulation but before I recommend specific ones, I just want to confirm that were thinking of the same thing. We do not have or provide Pspice simulations however.
