I have a question about the default sequence.

By default, do all VOUT1~4 start at the same time and stop at the same time?

Sorry to late! Four sequence order registers has the same default value. So four outputs should be in same time to start or stop. Please refer our datasheet P46. And I saw you post another ticket which is also about TPS65400, actually, you can answer question in the same ticket, response may more quick.
