TPSM84624: Sn finish

Team,

Since pure tin is being added as a terminal finish, my question regards the rest of this "Module"  (TPSM84624MOLR).  Are there any surfaces above the bottom mounting board that are exposed pure-tin?  Or is the whole module coated?

    Hi Aaron,

    The pads of the Module (TPSM84624MOLR) are not tin plated, but NiAu plated.
    Even the pads of the internal controller by TI is not tin plated, but NiPdAu plated.

    But this module uses capacitors and resistors made by other vendors.
    If you are interested, I can provide you with the list of these components, so you can check if any of those are tin plated.
