If the R4 and R5 must be 60.4 kOhm, and why? Can I change them to 80 kOhm?

R4 and R5 do not necessarily have to be 60.4kOhm - in fact, they are different values in the non-tracking application further down in the datasheet:

80k resistors are suitable for this device as well.

There is no issue to choose 80K. The 60.4K may be selected for resistor tolerance.
