您好,对于TPIC71008TDCARQ1的使用,我有以下问题想咨询,多谢!

1.SPI接口的MOSI信号pin在框图描述为SOMO,在pin description描述为SIMO,想确实究竟是SOMO还是SIMO?
2.storage 电容取多大范围比较合适,是否越大越好?
3.爆管驱动的突发工作期间,允许VZx/VA1/VA2波动多大(如果这三路用同一个18V供电)?
4.输出Zx,ZMx的对地滤波电容建议取哪个范围?
5.SQREF1和SQREF2之间的校准电阻阻值怎么选取,是要跟点火器电阻一样大小吗,功率上是否有要求?
6.VADC供电电压取多少合适,有什么考量?
7.不用的通道输出pin是否悬空即可,还是要做其他处理?
8.不用的通道的VZx供电可否断开?

  • We have several HW design questions about TPIC71008TDCARQ1:
    1. Is pin40 SOMO or SIMO?We find pin40 is SOMO in Figure1 but it turns to be SIMO in Table8;
    2. Do you have suggestions about the value of storage capacitor? Is it better to choose a big one?
    3. We want to know the ripple tolerance of VZx/VA1/VA2 power supply when the device is in firing state(if we supply VZx/VA1/VA2 with the same power path of 18V)
    4.Do you have suggestions about the value of the output filter capacitor of pin Zx/ZMx?
    5.How to choose a suitable calibrating resistance between pin SQREF1 and pin SQREF2? Do you have suggestions about the value and power tolerance of this resistance?
    6. What voltage level should we use for VADC pin?
    7. Is it ok to keep the output pin floating if we donot use the corresponding channel?
    8. Is it ok to shutoff the power supply for VZx if we donnot use the corresponding channel?
