    Hi Jian,

    There are effectively two pin differences here (RT and EN/SYNC become MODE/SYNC and EN) -- otherwise no difference in performance other that the current limit. You may also consider the LM63460-Q1 if you need 6A -- this is similar to the LM61460-Q1 but has a package with easier layout and with improved thermal performance.
