My customer have below cell characteristic want find system level gauge, would you please give me some suggestion?

1S2P

charging voltage/ 4.2V /4000mAh

charging current/ 3A

max discharge current/ 3A

cut off voltage/ 2.8V

operating temperature. 0-45

I saw the website description it for pack side, it also okay for system level?

or do you have other suggestion for system side application?
