Hi Sir,

My customer is looking for a 4-ch PMIC device and it could support the output power including 0.9V/2~3A, 3.3V/3A, 1.5V/1.5A, and 1.8V/ 1.5A.

Could I recommend the LP87524-Q1 to him? or have another device? A non-q grade device also is fine.

Due to the 4-ch PMIC device having high-cost issues, I also would like to find a 3-PMIC device for the customer, it can support the output power including 0.9V/2~3A, 3.3V/3A, 1.5V/1.5A. Could you please advise a device to me?

Hi Henry,

Have you checked LP8758 (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lp8758-e0.pdf)? This is non-Q grade and would be more cost optimized.

Then I think the most suitable device might be LP8752-Q1 from our product line.

Hi Sir,

Do you mean the LP8752x-Q1?

The TPS65266 looks like is good, but the operating temperature range only up to 85C.

Yes, I mean the LP87524-Q1. https://www.ti.com/product/LP87524-Q1

Just to note that this device is OTP based and needs either business case approval to create custom OTP or then customer can use configurable version of the device.

What is your max VIN? and are you looking for 3 channels?

The TPS65266 looks likeis 7Vin max and that should be in BSR LV.

and are you looking for 3 channels? => Yes, the device could operating temperature above 105C.

Hello Sir,

The closest I can find is TPS563900. b ut i do not think that will meet your requirement.

Since you VIN is low, i would try the BSR LV (Low voltage), they may have something.

Hi Henry,

If the requirement of output current is 0.9V/2~3A, 3.3V/3A, 1.5V/1.5A, TPS65266 can not exactly meet your requirement since it can support 3/2/2A. You can take a look at TPS65265 which can support 5/3/2A. The recommend operating junction temperature for both devices is -40C- 125C.
