TPS25200-Q1: EN pin Hysteresis question

Hi TI expert,

May I know how to judge the hysteresis of the EN pin based on the D/S of TPS25200-Q1?

It seems that once the device over the 1.9V or lower the 0.6V, it will enable or disable for sure.

But how about the threshold between 0.6V ~ 1.9V, not understand how to combine the 0.33V hysteresis in it.

So the actual threshold will be 1.9V-0.33V and 0.6V + 0.33V as nominal/typical value?

Hi Chia,

330mV hysteresis means that there will be a difference of 330mV between typical rising and falling thresholds.

I didn't get your point.

Could you be more specifically?

For example, if 1.9V turn on threshold is fixed at 1.9V so the turn off threshold will be 1.9V - 0.33V = 1.57V?

And confirmed turn off as long as it lower than 0.6V?

Something like this?

Hi Chia,

Yes you are right.

0.33V is typical value of hysteresis and it can also vary. Typically if turn on threshold is 1.9V for a device then to turn it off voltage should be less than 1.9-0.33=1.57V.

0.6V is minimum falling threshold across all process, voltage and temp so yes below 0.6V means confirmed turn off.
