Hi,

We are using TPS54561 with LDO,It is for LNA bias supply. Is an additional filter required to meet the CISPER32 standard at the output and input of TPS54561? 

*TPS54561 output 5.5v/3A , LDO(TPS7A94&TPS717) output 5V

    Hello,

    Most likely an additional input EMI filter is needed to meet CISPR32 standards. 

    For input EMI filter design please look at the follow app note SNVA489, specifically look at Section4 for EMI filter design.

    The CISPR 32 limit lines for both Class A and Class B conducted can be seen in this app note SLYY136 (https://www.ti.com/lit/wp/slyy136/slyy136.pdf#page=3).

    Depending on board layout and component selection your solution may pass radiated EMI but for conducted EMI it is necessary to have EMI filter.
