LM22676: LM22676MR-ADJ burning at 24V

Hello,

I  have a design with the LM22676MRE-ADJ i generate a 5V and a 3,3V.

Input range is from 9-36V. Actually board works fine with 12V. But when I powerup at 24V 90% the IC LM22676MRE-ADJ burns out.

I have checked the Schematics and PCB layout but i have not found something that justifies this problem.

Please let me know very urgently.

    Hello,

    Thank you for using LM22676.  The IC should support an input up to 42V according to the datasheet recommended operating conditions. Could you please share your schematic with all component values or part numbers accurately labeled so we can have a review?
