TPS3899: spec check

Thank you for your question, I will be happy to help. For the TPS3899, the sense delay can be setup to ignore fault pulses smaller than than the sense delay time up to 6.2 seconds, 10μF on CTS pin. Similarly the reset time delay can also be adjusted with a capacitor on CTR, up to 6.2 seconds, with 10μF on CTR. 

Based on the TPS3899 capabilities it is able to perform your timing diagram.
