Hi team,

For converting from 28V to 5V in my application how to arrive at Vin(on) and Vin(off) voltage levels respectively? Is their any considerations for the same?

I believe Ven_rise will be same irrespective of my Input/Output voltages.

Hello,

The equation to calculate the resistors for precision enable UVLO feature are detailed in the datasheet below:

For the Voff, the equation should be as follows:

Voff = Ven_fall * (1 + Rent/Renb) (Refer to LM5168 device Input UVLO equation for details Section 8.3.8)

Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for the quick reply. As you rightly pointed out we have to use Eqn 7 but how to fix the Vin(on) voltage? Is their any upper/lower threshold for its consideration?

Hello,

I would start with the top enable resistor of 100kOhm and adjust the bottom enable resistor accordingly.
