    See the below table for the register difference between these two devices. No difference between LP87561IRNFRQ1 and P87561IRNFRQ1 other than the part without L is preproduction material.

    Why preproduction material device (without L) is listed in the datasheet?
    Any specific reasons?

    The part was in the datasheet for supply reasons.
