I am looking for a fixed 3V3 regulation. So what are the values for this Schematic:

Is the EN Pin directly connected to Vin or ?

Should i take LM3671MF-3.3/NOPB or ?

The above reference schematic can be used by connecting EN to Vin.

1. Is the EN Pin directly connected to Vin?

Yes

2. Should i take LM3671MF-3.3/NOPB?

If you are looking for SOT-23 package with fixed 3.3 output voltage, then you can proceed with LM3671MF-3.3/NOPB.
